Use the Glossary of Terms

Refer to the Glossary of Terms at the back of your book to explore the meanings behind the ideas contained in your Compass. This will help deepen your understanding of each sphere and its influence on your journey.




Filling Out the Spacetime Calendar


  • Identify the Current Season and Lunar Cycle

    Refer to the 365 Day Solar Cycle 2025 Season Overview on page 6 to find the current season and lunar cycle. This will provide you with the dates for your current cycle.


  • Solar Cycle’s Seasonal Energy/Lunar Cycle

    Write the current Seasonal Energy (e.g., Ground, Initiate, etc.) at the top of your Spacetime Calendar on pages 8 & 9. This will serve as an energy reminder for your reflections and actions. Next, decide on a Purpose for the next 28-31 days—this will be your 28-Day Lunar Cycle Purpose. Consider what you want to focus on, accomplish, or explore during this cycle.


  • Write the Dates for the Cycle

    Using the 2025 Season Overview, write the calendar dates next to each day’s sphere. Start with the New Moon and Full Moon dates, then fill in the remaining days. This will give you a clear view of your lunar cycle.


  • Note the Days “Out of Time"

    You may notice a 'Day Out of Time' at the beginning of some weeks. This is an intentional space designed to help you stay aligned with the significant transitions of the moon. Use this day to center yourself and align your intentions.


  • Record Daily Messages

    As you fill out your Daily Chronicle pages, consider writing the message for that day’s sphere into the Spacetime Calendar. This creates a more comprehensive visual record of your daily focus and helps you track how each day aligns with your lunar cycle purpose.



Filling Out Your Daily Chronicle Note Pages


Use the examples on pages 4 and 5 as a guide to filling out your Daily Chronicle pages. These examples will help you understand how to structure your reflections, track your progress, and stay aligned with your intentions each day.


Left Side Page:

  • Imagine Your Perfect Day

    Begin by visualizing your perfect day. Write a brief reflection of your vision, focusing on how you want to feel and what you want to embody today.


  • Today’s Sphere: Seed Word of the Day

    Write down the seed word of the day and add an inspiring word or message. Reflect on how it applies to your actions, mindset, or emotions in this moment.


  • Courageous Move

    Identify a bold action you can take today that aligns with your Purpose and the Seed Word Message. Make it happen, no matter how big or small.


  • Inspiration

    Read or write a quote that will inspire and motivate you today. Let it guide your thoughts and actions throughout the day.


  • Track Your Variables

    List the variables you want to track today, such as wellness, energy, productivity, or mood. These are personal metrics that help you understand patterns over time.


  • End of Day Reflection

    At the end of the day, fill in your elements and body assessment with +, =, -, or other notations to reflect how you felt you did today. Use these marks to track your progress and make adjustments for future growth.


  • Sleep Quality

    When you wake up, note details about your sleep quality and any dream themes. Understanding your sleep habits helps align your energy for the day and the weeks ahead.


  • Daily Lesson

    At the end of the day, write down a lesson you learned from your day and rate your overall results. Reflect on the growth you've experienced and what you can refine for tomorrow.


Right Side Page

  • Quantifiable Accomplishment Progress

    Focus on any personal or professional projects you are working on. Use this space to visualize upcoming milestones and gain clarity on your path to success.


  • Energy Use

    Write down a few ideas on how you could best use your energy today. Consider how to channel it toward your best results and most important goals.


  • Milestones and Tasks

    Write down your personal or professional to-do list and the tasks you want to accomplish today. Stay organized and focused on what’s most important right now.


  • Solutions to Challenges

    Either at the start or end of your day, write down a solution to a problem you are working on. This encourages confidence and proactive problem-solving.


  • Noteworthy Section

    Throughout the day, use the Noteworthy section to capture anything that stands out as valuable. These can be insights, achievements, or moments of inspiration.


Use the blank note pages for additional reflections, studies, doodles, or any thoughts that come to mind. This space is yours to explore freely, allowing your creativity to flow and your ideas to take shape. Let these pages be a place for inspiration, deeper insights, and personal expression as you continue your journey.



Filling Out the Base Code Mind Maps


The Base Code Mind Map is designed for you to explore any Purpose that comes to you. Use the Base Code Mind Map Questionnaire as inspiration to guide your reflections and help clarify your purpose.


  • Answer the Questions

    Begin by answering the questions in the Base Code Mind Map Questionnaire. These questions are designed to prompt deep reflection and help you uncover insights about your Purpose. Take your time and consider how each question relates to your life and journey.


  • Fill in Each Sphere

    As you answer the questions, use the insights to fill in each of the 7 Spheres of the Mind Map. Write a word or two in each sphere that captures the essence of what you’ve reflected on. These could be key ideas, emotions, or intentions that come to mind.


  • Reflect on the Mind Map You’ve Created

    Once you've filled in the 7 Spheres of the Base Code, take a moment to reflect on the overview of the information you've created. Consider the relationships between the spheres and how they connect to your overall Purpose. This will provide you with a holistic understanding of your current experience and the journey ahead.


  • Use the Mind Map for Further Exploration

    Feel free to revisit your Base Code Mind Map as you continue your journey. It’s a dynamic tool that can evolve as you gain more clarity and insights about your Purpose over time.
